Know your customers

Getting Started

KYCUS makes it easy to build your own contact center and receive calls and chats from your own website. Just register your unique Room Name on the KYCUS website, then copy and paste a short HTML snippet on your website to add an easy way your customers can contact you.

Add Manager

The manager is the main user you will need to administer your contact center. This user is created during the sign up process. Remember the credentials you provide there, since those will be the Manager user credentials! The manager can register Agents, configure the room look&feel, review contact center statistics and much more.

Add Agents

The agents are the users that will attend each contact made by your customers. You can register as many agents as you subscribed during the registration process. To add new agents to your contact center, just log in with your manager credentials, and in the 'Agents' tab add new agents. Once registered your agents will receive an email to validate their email and choose a password to log in.

Add videocall button

This section provides a simplified overview of the steps required to create a videocall button:

  1. Log in to the KYCUS website using your KYCUS Manager account login credentials.
  2. On the 'Settings' tab register your unique Room Name.
  3. Import the following script at the end of your webpage.

  4. Add the following HTML snippet wherever you want the button to appear and change YOUR_COMPANY_ROOM_NAME reference by your unique room name registered on the above step.

  5. And that's all! Let just know your Agents to be ready to receive calls from your customers!

Add chat window

This section provides a simplified overview of the steps required to add the chat window:

  1. Log in to the KYCUS website using your KYCUS Manager account login credentials.
  2. On the 'Settings' tab register your unique Room Name.
  3. Import the following script at the end of your webpage.

  4. Add the following HTML snippet and change YOUR_COMPANY_ROOM_NAME reference by your unique room name registered on the above step.

  5. And that's all! Let just know your Agents to be ready to receive chats from your customers!

Start receiving videocalls and chats

To begin to receive videocalls, chats and more, just tell your agents to log in and click on the 'Online' button in the 'Incoming Rooms' tab. This way the agents signal they are ready to receive calls! Any incoming call or chat will be shown automatically on the 'Incoming Rooms' tab.
